How do you pull this off?
Hmmm… what are you thinking? You know what you want. Go for it! After all, it’s Your Day.
-
You have worked so hard to get to this day. It’s time to enjoy all you’ve done. We strongly recommend at least a “day-of coordinator”. These professionals are worth their weight in gold. Let them take over chasing vendors, solving problems, watching the clock and taking away the worry. You handled the big decisions ahead of time; sit back and now they run the show.

Now it gets fun! Remember, this is Montana and weather is always a player. Rental companies have a variety of tent options to provide necessary protection from the elements. Where do you want people to sit, eat, and set down a drink? What kind of tables and chairs fit your style? Rental companies offer a variety of options. We have worked with several of them and would be happy to share our recommendations.

DJ, live band, or a curated playlist with a solid sound system—heck yeah! Planning to dance? (We hope the answer is yes.) Consider renting a dance floor. It defines the space and hypes up your guests to anticipate a fun time. Your DJ or band can usually help you figure out size and placement. They too can help with Ceremony site sound systems.
-
Do you want pro photos, video, or both? Think about how long you want them there (getting ready through dancing, or just the main event). Golden hour in the meadow or under the lights by the creek is pretty unbeatable—let them know you want to catch that light.
-
The setting is already doing most of the heavy lifting—trees, mountains, sky. You just layer on your personal touch: flowers, candles, signs, whatever feels like “you.” Keep it simple or go wild; the backdrop can handle it.
-
Pick a perfect site at our venue. Then plan your seating—benches, chairs, hay bales, standing - whatever fits your style. Benches on the ground work great out here and keep things simple. Your DJ or sound person can help you with speakers and microphones at the site. You don’t want anyone to miss out on hearing some of the most important words you’ll ever utter.
-
Serving alcohol or keeping it dry? Your call. If you’re serving, think about who is buying, who is bartending, and what licenses/insurance are required. (Pro tip: a professional bartending service makes this way easier.) Remember the ice!
-
Sit-down dinner? Buffet? Food trucks? You get to do it your way. Choose a caterer you trust. You’ll want to make sure it’s clear who is providing dinnerware, silverware, glassware, and bussing. And don’t forget beverages. Are you going to have a cake? A dessert table? We provide the space—you handle the food plan.

Portable bathrooms are a must. You can go simple or bring in the fancy restroom trailers. Either way, make sure you order enough for your guest count and the length of your event.
